Tomohiro Ikawa Head of Engagement, Fidelity International Limited Tomohiro has more than 20 years' experience as an investment professional and is a leadership expert who leads dialogue with investee companies on a wide range of themes centered on sustainability issues at Fidelity. Prior to joining Fidelity, he worked as a portfolio manager, analyst, and head of investment of global equities in the US, Singapore and Japanese financial institutions and has held many dialogues with investee companies focusing on medium- to long-term value creation. Tomohiro earned his MBA from Aoyama Business School. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University.
