Williams is responsible for setting the Australian research agenda to research and develop new products for the Australian market. She is a current member of the FTSE ASFA advisory committee and the Taxation Institute of Australia superannuation committee. She is a qualified solicitor, graduating with Bachelors of Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the UTS College of Law.
