As a consultant with Global Partnerships, she specialises in end-to-end recruitment campaign management for roles within the $50-$100K salary span which involves undertaking advertised selection, telephone screening, behavioural based interviewing, report writing, comprehensive reference checking and psychological assessment. Krystal is intrinsically involved in managing Global Partnerships' applicant response as well as assisting on a variety of other assignments such as salary surveys, workshops and research. Acting as Head Psychology Administrator, Krystal administers the entire Global Partnerships battery of psychological assessments providing controlled environments coupled with a personalised approach, a mix that ensures a positive experience for the candidate and a seamless process.
