Erik Mather Managing Director, Regnan Governance Research and Engagement Pty Limited (at time of writing) In June 2007 Erik Mather became the Managing Director of Regnan. Prior to this appointment he was responsible for Governance Advisory Service for BT Financial Group. Erik was Head of BT Investment Management at BT Financial. Erik held the same role for Westpac Investment Management prior to Westpac Bank's acquisition of Rothschild Australia Asset Management in June 2002. Mather was previously Senior Business Development Manager for Westpac Investment Management (WIM). Erik joined WIM in January 1995. Prior to joining WIM, Erik worked for Legal and General Unit Trust Managers Limited as Associate Director, Marketing and Client Services Wholesale. Erik has over 5 years experience in the funds management industry.
