Scott MacDonald Chief Executive Officer, MacCap Group (at time of writing) Scott MacDonald is an investment professional with 20 years experience in finance and company management. In 1994 he formed MacDonald Asset Consulting Pty Ltd, an institutional focused investment consulting group. In 2002 he formed Van MacDonald Global Partners Pty Ltd in partnership with Greenwich Alternative Investments LLC USA. In 2004 he formed a private equity consulting firm MacDonald Private Equity Pty. Scott was formerly a regional head of investment services for Macquarie Investment Management Ltd, an institutional fund manager for HSBC Australia and a director of Wilshire Global Partners Pty Ltd. He is a founding member of the CFA Institute Sydney chapter. Scott is also a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association, (IMCA) USA. Scott's post graduate university qualifications include and master degrees in commerce, finance and international relations.
