Nathan Hodge is a Special Counsel in the Financial Services practice at Minter Ellison with a background in superannuation and managed funds. He has extensive experience in advising on a wide range of superannuation matters including on investment issues for superannuation funds, in successor fund transfers, in relation to master fund arrangements, superannuation structuring work as well as the compliance aspects of the regulatory framework of the superannuation industry. Nathan is an expert in outsourcing in the financial services industry, acting for both superannuation trustees and service providers to develop and negotiate a variety of service agreements, including administration, custody, investment management and securities lending.
